Presidiot Flounces Off In a Snit

Nutless, inarticulate, prevaricating bastard:

Obama's July 4 BBQ invite for Iran diplomats is still on. 'There's no thought to rescinding the invitations,' a State Dept spokesman said.

But, the VERY next day:

White House to Iranians: You don't want to come to our party, so you're not invited after all

Good going, Mr. President. Acting like a six-year-old girl flouncing away after none of her friends showed up for her tea party is certain to frighten the mullahs into giving up Sharia and their genocidal antisemitism.

"WH rescinds July 4 invites to Iranians," by Stephen Dinan at the Washington Times, June 24 (thanks to Pamela):

The White House has rescinded the invitations to Iranian diplomats to attend July 4 celebrations at U.S. embassies around the world.

White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said nobody from Iran RSVPed to come, and at this point, the invitations are no longer valid.

"Given the events of the past many days, those invitations will no longer be extended," Mr. Gibbs said.

"Given the events of the past many days, I'm packing up my tea set and going home!

A Little Lightness is Needed Here

Not to detract from the awful stuff going-on in the world, but this bit of fluff is a welcome relief:

Tragic

Links here and here.

Reminds one of how fragile and transient life is.

And of how our MSM consists of such ass-licking sycophants.

Worthless.

Reagan reacted in support of freedom whenever locals anywhere in the world rose-up against despotism. He supported freedom via both words "Mr. Gorbachev -- tear down this wall!" and deeds -- arms supplied to the Contra rebels in Nicaragua.

Meanwhile, our slow-witted imbecile who's currently occupying the Oval Office is "expressing concern" like a dithersome eunuch. When history hands you an opportunity like this one on a silver platter -- you are worthless.

Way to be a leader -- NOT!

To the folks in Iran who are fighting and dying in their fight against the "Islamic republic", good luck tonight from an American citizen. I only wish that our country was doing more to help.

Sad but True --- but FUNNY!!!

IVO the Odiot's scrote-sucking speech to the Global Caliphate wannabes in Cairo:

I suspect he's also the centerfold.
h/t to Hammer for this.

Amazing how he distanced himself from his Islamic roots while a candidate, but today everything is soooo different.

On the good-news side, Netanyahu today pretty-much shut-down the Odiot's push for a 2-state solution by requiring their recognition of Israel's right to exist and Palestinian disarmament. Very reasonable conditions, but ones that the Islamic Supremacists will be pathologically unable to even consider. Well played sir -- touche!

IG-Gate?

The AmeriCorps Inspector General (IG) accuses prominent Obama supporter of misusing AmeriCorps grant money:

He had the the Americorps "volunteers" wash his car, engage in school-board political activities, and run personal errands for him.

The prominent Obama supporter (also ex NBA star and mayor of Sacramento, CA) has to pay back more than $400,000 (<50%) of that grant money.

Obama's office then tries to illegally fire the AmeriCorps IG, giving him 1 hour notice.

But Obama does not have the authority to summarily dismiss an IG as he tried to do last night.

This is the sort of scandal that an average Americn can understand, and is likely traceable to VERY CLOSE to the Odiot himself. If only it gets coverage in the media, it could be a reputation-killing scandal.
Oh -- never-mind, nothing to see here. Move along.

Showing his True Allegiances?

More than two days after Muslim-convert Abdulhakim Muhammad fired shots from his SKS rifle killing one young Army private and seriously wounding another, the White House has finally released a statement from the soldiers’ commander in chief:

“I am deeply saddened by this senseless act of violence against two brave young soldiers who were doing their part to strengthen our armed forces and keep our country safe. I would like to wish Quinton Ezeagwula a speedy recovery, and to offer my condolences and prayers to William Long’s family as they mourn the loss of their son.”

It only took hours for the president to respond to the killing of baby-killer George Tiller. And the attack on the two U.S. servicemen was not a “senseless act of violence,” Mr. President. It was a cold-blooded act of terrorism. But thanks for caring, belated as it may be.

Contrast the statements:

On an American Soldier’s death:

"I am deeply saddened by this senseless act of violence against two brave young soldiers who were doing their part to strengthen our armed forces and keep our country safe. I would like to wish Quinton Ezeagwula a speedy recovery, and to offer my condolences and prayers to William Long’s family as they mourn the loss of their son."

On an abortionist's death:

"I am shocked and outraged by the murder of Dr. George Tiller as he attended church services this morning. However profound our differences as Americans over difficult issues such as abortion, they cannot be resolved by heinous acts of violence."

It’s in keeping with the Obama administration’s passive language, such as the euphemisms “overseas contingency operation” or “man-caused disaster” … Obama’s statement on the murder of Pvt. William A. Long is just as passive in voice and blame. He’s not outraged, he’s saddened. Not by someone who committed a “heinous act” but rather by a senseless violence. It might have been a bolt of lightning for all the pushback Obama has to share.

He waits three days and then the best he can muster is an abstract sadness at something that, judging by his statement, might well have been a mere accident of fate.

Maybe he just didn’t want to offend our new Islamic overlords -- eh?

Personally, I believe that both Long and Ezeagwula be granted the Purple Heart. Award criteria is as follows:

The Purple Heart is awarded in the name of the President of the United States to any member of an Armed Force or any civilian national of the United States who, while serving under competent authority in any capacity with one of the U.S. Armed Services after 5 April 1917, has been wounded or killed, or who has died or may hereafter die after being wounded

(1) In any action against an enemy of the United States....

(5) As the result of an act of any hostile foreign force.

(6) After 28 March 1973, as a result of an international terrorist attack against the United States or a foreign nation friendly to the United States, recognized as such an attack by the Secretary of the Army, or jointly by the Secretaries of the separate armed Services concerned if persons from more than one service are wounded in the attack.

It sure seems that this applies but since it would mean that the President would have to tacitly admit that we are at war with Global Islamic Fascism and that they have irregular forces conducting offensive operations in CONUS, I won't be holding my breath.
